How the AI Assistant Works

At the bottom-right corner of every screen in CorruPack, you will find the floating AI Copilot button. It acts as your 24/7 business analyst, connected directly to your live database.

• Roman Urdu & English Understanding: You can type in everyday factory language (e.g. "Ravi ka balance kitna hai" or "Show me 24 inch ATL reels").
• Live Grounding: The bot does not hallucinate — it runs secure SQL queries in the background and returns exact numbers from your live registers.
• Quick Action Chips: Click the pre-made suggestion chips at the top of the chat to run instant reports in 1 click.

Practical Query Examples:

1. Corrugation Batch (Reel → 2-Ply Roll)

The first physical stage of box manufacturing: feeding paper reels into the corrugator machine:

• Select Face Reel: The smooth outer paper liner (e.g. Kraft 150 GSM).
• Select Fluting Reel: The inner paper that gets formed into wave arches (e.g. Semi-Kraft 120 GSM).
• Flute Profile: Select A-Flute (thick cushioning), B-Flute (standard carton), or E-Flute (micro-flute for consumer boxes).
• Cost Per Inch Calculation: The system calculates your live manufacturing cost per inch based on reel purchase rates and weight consumed.
• Output: Generates fresh Roll Stock ready for sheet cutting.

2. Corrugated Sheet Making (Roll → Sheet)

Converting 2-ply rolls into flat 3-ply, 5-ply, or 7-ply sheets for box conversion:

• Pick available 2-ply roll from stock → Enter target sheet dimensions (Length × Width in inches).
• Roll weight is deducted, and finished cut sheets are added to Corrugated Sheet Stock.

3. Box Slotting, Creasing & Stitching / Gluing

Passing cut corrugated sheets through the rotary slotter and stitching machine to produce finished, flat-packed cartons ready for dispatch.

Reel Inventory & Filtering

Every paper reel received from mills is tracked individually with its own Reel ID:

• Filters: Filter by Paper Grade (Kraft, Test, Semi-Craft, White Top), GSM (100 to 250), Size (24" to 60"), and Godown location.
• Zombie Stock Filter: Instantly highlights paper reels sitting in your warehouse for more than 60 days without consumption, helping you free up locked cash flow.
• Reel Lifecycle Flow: Click on any Reel ID to see its complete journey: Purchase date, supplier rate, corrugation sets where it was consumed, and remaining balance weight.

Roll Stock

Displays all manufactured 2-ply rolls in stock with their width (inches), quality grade, flute type, and production cost value.

Corrugated Sheet Stock

Displays all cut corrugated sheets grouped by dimension (e.g. 32 x 48 inches, 26 x 36 inches). When Delivery Challans or Direct Carton Sales are made, sheet stock is automatically deducted in real time.

Creating a Sales Order (PO)

When a client orders custom corrugated cartons:

• Select Customer → Enter Customer PO Number and Delivery Deadline.
• Add box specifications: Length, Width, Height, Ply (3-ply, 5-ply), Quantity, and Unit Price.
• The order is saved with status Pending and visual progress bar showing 0% Dispatched.

Generating a Delivery Challan

• Open the pending PO → Click Create DC.
• Partial Dispatch: If the order is for 10,000 cartons and your truck carries 4,000, dispatch 4,000. The remaining 6,000 remains pending on the order.
• Stock Deduction: Finished cartons are automatically deducted from sheet stock, and an official printable Delivery Challan is generated for the driver.

Direct Carton Sales

Instant off-the-shelf carton sales without a PO: picks size, deducts sheet stock immediately, and debits the customer's ledger balance.

Bulk Trading: Direct Sale of Reels, 2-Ply Rolls & Paper Stock

In addition to cartons, CorruPack supports selling raw materials directly to other packaging mills, factories, or paper traders:

• Raw Paper Reel Sales: Sell Kraft / Test paper reels directly from warehouse inventory with automatic Reel Stock deduction.
• 2-Ply Roll Sales: Sell corrugated 2-ply rolls by width & grade directly to local box makers.
• Bulk Paper & Sheet Sales: Sell raw cut sheets or bulk paper stock with custom unit pricing and quantity billing.
• Invoicing & DC: Issue Delivery Challans (DC) and FBR-compliant GST Tax Invoices for all raw material sales with auto-debit to customer ledger.

FBR Tax Invoices (HS Code 4819.1000)

Consolidate one or multiple Delivery Challans into formal sales tax invoices with automated GST calculation and company STRN/NTN numbers.

Logging Paper Reel Purchases

When paper mill shipments arrive: enter Supplier Bill #, Paper Quality, GSM, Size (inches), and Net Weight (kg). Each reel gets a unique barcode/ID and is added to live stock.

Carton Cost Sheet Engine

• Enter Box Dimensions (L × W × H) → Select 3-ply, 5-ply, or 7-ply.
• Select paper grade and GSM for each layer (Top Liner, Flute 1, Center Liner, Flute 2, Bottom Liner).
• Calculates: Exact paper weight + Corrugation charges + Stitching/Pasting + Factory overheads → Gives your Break-Even Cost and suggested selling price.

PO Gross Margin Estimator (`po_estimation`)

Test customer target rates before accepting big orders: tells you required paper tonnage, total manufacturing cost, and expected gross profit in Rupees and percentage.

Die Registry & Mobile Photo Capture

Track all customer cutting dies with code numbers, box dimensions, and shelf rack locations. Click Mobile Upload to scan a QR code on your phone and photograph the die knife pattern directly into the system.

Press Job & Vendor Billing

Manage commercial offset and flexo printing jobs linked to carton orders. Tracks printed paper sheet stock and automatically updates press vendor payables.

3rd-Party Mill Processing

If you outsource corrugation or sheet cutting to external mills: records sent reel weight, received corrugated roll weight, and reconciles conversion wastage percentages.
