Digital Shipping & Service Fulfillment Policy

1. Digital Goods & Nature of Products

Alpha Softwares is a technology company specializing in enterprise software development, digital SaaS portals, mobile applications, and manufacturing automation solutions. All products and services sold on this website and our merchant checkout are delivered electronically via digital channels.

Unless explicitly agreed under an on-premise hardware provisioning contract, we do not ship physical parcels or tangible boxed media. Consequently, there are zero shipping fees, postal delays, or customs duties associated with your online transactions.

2. Service Fulfillment & Provisioning Timelines

Upon successful payment confirmation via PayFast, the following provisioning and delivery timelines apply across our product suites:

3. Delivery Confirmation & Verification

Upon transaction completion, the customer receives an automated fulfillment packet via registered email containing:

  • Official Electronic Tax Invoice / Receipt: Itemized invoice containing NTN, STRN, PayFast transaction reference, and paid amount.
  • Access Credentials: Encrypted temporary passwords and URL to access the administrative dashboard.
  • Getting Started Documentation: User guides, video walkthroughs, and API documentation.
  • Dedicated Support Manager Contact: Assigned account engineer details for onboarding assistance.

4. Technical Support & Onboarding SLA

Our commitment does not end at delivery. Every customer subscription includes complimentary technical onboarding support:

5. Non-Receipt of Digital Credentials

In the rare event that you do not receive your digital access credentials within 2 hours of payment completion, please check your email spam/junk folder. If not found, reach out immediately to our 24/7 dispatch desk at info@alpha-softwares.com or via phone/WhatsApp at +92 30 111 30 123. Our engineers will verify your PayFast transaction reference and manually re-issue credentials immediately.
