Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (alpha-softwares.com), purchasing enterprise software licenses, using our mobile applications, or subscribing to our cloud SaaS platforms (including CorruPack ERP, DigiInvoice Portal, Carton Costing, and free calculation utilities), you ("Customer," "User," or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2. Scope of Services & Products

Alpha Softwares provides technology and software development solutions categorized as follows:

• Cloud ERP Systems (CorruPack): Enterprise packaging management system covering reel stock, corrugation production, auto-costing, and HR payroll.
• E-Invoicing & Compliance Software (DigiInvoice): FBR IRIS integrated e-invoicing, sales tax filing, and digital reporting.
• Mobile Applications: Carton Costing application on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Online Engineering Utilities: Free web-based Product Costing Calculator, Jumbo Roll Slitter Optimizer, Quotation Maker, and Salary & Payroll Simulator.
• Bespoke Enterprise Development: Custom software, API integrations, and cloud database migrations under signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Billing, Fees & Payment Terms

• Subscription Fees: SaaS software fees are billed on an agreed monthly or annual billing cycle in advance of service access.
• Taxes: All applicable Federal and Provincial taxes (including GST/PST/WHT where applicable) will be added to the invoice in compliance with FBR regulations.
• Invoices & Receipts: System-generated tax invoices and digital payment confirmations are immediately dispatched to your registered billing email address upon successful transaction authentication.
• Late Payment & Service Suspension: Accounts with payments overdue by more than 14 business days may be subject to temporary service suspension until outstanding dues are cleared.

4. Software License & Acceptable Use

Upon purchase or active subscription, Alpha Softwares grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software according to your tier. You agree that you will not:

1. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from our proprietary platforms.
2. Resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute our software to unauthorized third parties without written consent.
3. Use our platforms to submit fraudulent financial records or counterfeit invoices to tax authorities.
4. Attempt to compromise platform security, deploy DDoS attacks, or breach server infrastructure.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We strive to maintain an uptime rate of 99.9% for all hosted cloud instances. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 24 hours in advance and executed during off-peak hours to minimize business disruption. Critical data is backed up daily with multi-region redundancy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, codebases, algorithms, user interface designs, logos (including Alpha Softwares, CorruPack, DigiInvoice, and Carton Costing), and technical documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Softwares (Pvt.) Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Softwares shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen internet network failures or third-party banking outages. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
